ROUND ONE COMPLETE AND WE ARE STILL STANDING – NOW FOR ROUND TWO!
Firstly let us start by saying we hope you are all safe and well and just about sane!
Please rest assured that we are are keeping on top of all rental portfolio issues and property sale progressions as normal although sale progression remains slow due to the lockdown. If you have a sale proceeding, we are continuing with as much contact as possible.
We continue to take property enquiries on properties that are available and we stand ready at the door with key in hand to get all viewing enquires booked in and carried out once we are legally able to do so. We aim to ‘refresh’ properties on Rightmove over the next couple of weeks and if you have a property for sale, we will send to you a report generated to show the level of interest that the property is currently attracting.
With regards to properties for let, as we all know, the rental market was and will again, be buoyant and again, we stress, that we will be ready to go with key in hand and agreements ready to sign as soon as we are able!
If you have any questions that are lockdown specific or any other question we are and will be available 24/7 via email. We ask that if you do request a phone call (Please put your best contact number in the email) during the lockdown, please be understanding in that there may be a delay in returning that call unless it is an emergency.
If you are interested in viewing one of our properties for sale or to let, then please email the office where we can call you to have a chat and organise the best way forward during this difficult time.
If you are contracted to move in or out of a rental property, please contact the office to arrange and organise a self, social distancing way in which this procedure may be carried out
It is our instruction that any safety checks must still be carried out to the best of our ability. With this in mind, we are working closely on a daily basis with our contractors, following safety and distancing guidelines, to ensure that safety checks are completed where necessary.
All maintenance emergencies are being dealt with in the swiftest manner available to us.
Once again, please keep safe and for those who like a ‘tipple’, don’t drink too much!
